Welcome to the Student Leader Program! Open to middle school students and up, this program offers weekly leadership training and opportunities to volunteer as Teacher’s Aids, Administrative aids, or Production Assistants, helping you develop essential skills while contributing to our performing arts community.

What is the Student Leader Program?
The Student Leader Program at Born to Perform Studio is an opportunity for middle school students and up to develop leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to our vibrant performing arts community. Whether you're passionate about teaching, interested in administration, or eager to assist in production, this program offers a path for you to shine and grow.

Who Can Apply:
Middle school students and older.
Commitment:
Leaders meet every Monday from 4-5 pm for leadership training. Additionally, they are required to volunteer at least 6 hours per month in at least one of the following areas:

Teacher’s Aids: Assist our instructors during classes, help with student management, and support learning activities.

Administrative Assistants: Gain hands-on experience with studio operations, including helping with office tasks, organizing events, and managing communications.

Production Assistants: Be part of the magic behind the scenes by assisting with stage management, set design, or crew assignments during productions.
Cost:
The program is free, but a commitment to the weekly meetings and volunteer hours is essential.
Volunteer hours can be signed off to fulfill school community service requirements.
How to Join:
Interested students must complete our Student Leader Application Form to apply. Be prepared to demonstrate your commitment and passion for leadership, as well as your interest in contributing to our studio community.
