TUITION
PACKAGES AND DISCOUNTS
MULTI CLASS DISCOUNT a 10% discount is applied to the total tuition of any student enrolled in 3 or more classes. Multi Class Discount does not apply to private lessons, workshops, camps, or productions.

FAMILY DISCOUNT a 10% family discount is applied when 2 or more regular and active family members are simultaneously enrolled in other BTPS classes, camps, productions, and workshops. (Does not apply to Private Lessons)
In instances where a family member joins a one-time workshop or camp but is not a regular student, a discount will not apply unless more than one family member also joins the same workshop/camp.
In instances where a family member enrolls in a one-time camp and/or workshop simultaneously with another family member, a discount will apply, however, only to the camp and/or workshop where more than one family member is simultaneously enrolled. The family must use discount code FAMILY10 when registering for the workshop/camp to receive the discount.

ALL-IN PACKAGE Our All-In Package grants unlimited access to all of our regularly scheduled classes at a fixed monthly fee of $325. It does not include camps, workshops, or private lessons. However, students in our ALL-IN PACKAGE enjoy 25% off any camps, workshops, and private lessons not included in the Membership.

Our Multi-Class and Family discount is automatically applied and calculated through our registration system. Families who wish to enroll in our ALL-IN PACKAGE must let us know so we can grant you access to register for unlimited classes and access to our discount codes for camps, workshops, productions, and private lessons.

CLASS TUITION
Pricing for group classes is fixed per month and is based on the amount of time a student is training at the studio each week.
1 hour Drop-in: $25 each class
1.5 hour Drop-in: $35 each class

WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS
Pricing for workshops and camps is posted within the class description. Your registration and tuition payment hold and guarantees your place in our camps and workshops. Because we keep our class sizes small, all tuition payments are final and non-refundable. However, we would be happy to discuss other reimbursement options such as transfers and studio credits.
TUITION & POLICIES
POLICIES
REGISTRATION
Each student must pay a non-refundable registration fee of $25 and each family with multiple students will pay no more than $35. This fee is collected annually.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Tuition is a fixed rate and remains the same each month whether there are less than or more than 4 weeks of classes per month (unless you choose to simply pay per class/drop-in [$25-35 per class]. Tuition is not adjusted for missed classes by the student or studio closures due to holidays (unless paying per class).
Tuition is scheduled by automatic debit only and is charged on or after the 1st day of each month (unless otherwise specified for the class). Tuition is neither refundable nor transferable.
LATE FEE
A $15 late fee will be charged to any past due account. This includes accounts that can not be processed due to inaccurate account information or expired cards.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Tuition pays for the month of classes in advance. If you wish to adjust your enrollment, be sure to do so before tuition is collected for the month ahead. There are no refunds for tuition already paid.
Born to Perform Studio reserves the right to terminate lessons to any students without notice. In such a case a refund for unused lessons will be given.
HOLIDAY CLOSURES
Notices will be posted prior to closures and scheduled closures are listed on the website. Monthly tuition will not be adjusted for scheduled closures as it is already calculated in the tuition.
UNEXPECTED INTERRUPTION OF CLASSES
If the studio must cancel classes due to events beyond our control such as power outages, the missed lessons will be eligible for a make-up class. No refunds for lessons missed due to these reasons will be given.
SUBSTITUTIONS
The studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. If a teacher is ill and the studio cannot arrange a substitute, any missed classes will be made up.
ATTENDANCE AND LATENESS
The studio reserves the right to have students who come late to class, sit out the class. Repeated lateness may result in termination of lessons. Makeups are not promised or guaranteed for our classes. Some of our classes are offered on multiple days and only excusable absences (i.e. login to your Student/Parent Portal or email to notify of the absence) can be made up within 4 weeks of an excused absence by attending the equivalent and available class, but may not be applied to future tuition. If a student misses more than 3 classes without notice to the studio or teacher, the studio reserves the right to terminate lessons. Students with excessive absences after January will not be allowed to participate in the year-end showcase. In the event the studio or an instructor needs to cancel a scheduled class, a makeup or credit will be arranged.
PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF DATES AND EVENTS
It is the responsibility of the parent or adult student to be aware of all studio activities, such as showcases, extra classes, and dates the studio is open or closed. The studio will post all such notices on the website. It is the parent’s responsibility to regularly check the website and any studio boards to ensure they are informed. It is the responsibility of the parents or adult students to inform the school of any address, telephone number, or credit card information change.
CARE OF STUDENTS
The studio is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Parents with students under the age of 3 are to remain in the studio during classes. Students are not to be left at the studio for an excessive time before or after class.
INJURIES
Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on studio property or from home during virtual instruction resulting from normal performance activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class time.
PHOTO RELEASE
The studio is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the studio to copyright such photographs in its name.
